Officially sanctioned through the ACF’s Greater Baltimore Chapter at Baltimore International College, this competition will showcase the bounty of the Chesapeake Bay and the talents of our chefs. The competitors will have 60 minutes to prepare their signature fish and crab dish.

The Maryland Seafood Marketing Program will award $1,000 to the chef whose creation receives the highest score from a panel of three ACF-certified judges. Second place will be awarded $750, and $500 will be awarded for third place. Don’t miss this high-stress action!

To help promote the bounty of the Chesapeake Bay, the Maryland Department of Agriculture is providing Maryland Crabmeat to each competitor to incorporate into their dish as well as the prize money to the top three contestants. The winner will also get to represent Maryland in the Great American Seafood Challenge next year. Complimentary Spices will be available to all participants provided by McCormick & Company, Inc.
