1. What are the dates and location of the Mid-Atlantic Food, Beverage & Lodging Expo?
September 26 & 27, 2017 at the Maryland State Fairgrounds Cow Palace in Timonium, MD
2. What are the show hours?
Both days are 10:00am – 4:00pm
3. How much does it cost to register?
The Expo is FREE for members of the foodservice & hospitality industry.
4. Will I receive a paper ticket in the mail after I register?
You may receive free tickets in the mail as a part of our event marketing campaign, but attendees who pre-register online will not
receive a ticket in the mail. Instead, you will receive an email confirmation and will be able to print your badge at the door.
5. Is there free parking?
Yes, it is free to park at the Maryland State Fairgrounds.
6. How many exhibitors will be at the Mid-Atlantic Food, Beverage & Lodging Expo in 2016?
We anticipate between 150-200 exhibitors.
7. How do I make hotel reservations?
The Restaurant Association of Maryland does not have a room block with a specific hotel for Expo. There are numerous hotel options in the Timonium, MD area and we recommend that you inquire with those hotels directly and choose the one that best meets your needs. Hotels closest to the Fairgrounds include: Red Roof Plus+

8. Are students allowed to attend Expo?
Yes, however there are strict guidelines for students in order to attend Expo. Students who are attending a post-secondary school that focuses on, or has courses related to the hospitality industry may attend. Only students who have been registered and chaperoned by one of their instructors may attend. Regardless of age
, all students must be chaperoned at all times by their instructor and will not be permitted to try alcohol samples
that may be offered at the show. High school students are NOT permitted to attend.
9. Will there be child care?
Children and young adults under the age of 21 will not be permitted on the Expo show floor (unless part of a chaperoned post-secondary school). Child care will not be provided so please make arrangements to leave your children at home.
